Style It Sunday: Rapunzel

Hi Folks, and welcome to my first ever 'Style It Sunday' blog post. In these blog posts I'm going to be giving you a few ideas about how I would style an outfit or accessories to compliment one of my products.

Today we're going to be looking at my Rapunzel bracelet. It's a super cute charm bangle with three charms on - a hair brush (of course!) an adorable tiara (reminding us of Rapunzel's royal past), and a frying pan (if you've seen that well known movie - you'll get this one!)

My charm bangles come in two sizes, adult and child.

Now, Rapunzel is quite innocent, and I think of her style as quite bohemian - so I'd start off with a lilac dress, either a maxi dress, or a simple strappy dress for the summer - something a bit like this. I love the flowing relaxed look!

I’d be looking at accessorising with a faux floral crown – something like one of these. I’m actually going to be looking at making one of these in the near future – I’ll try and do a ‘Made It Monday’ about the process to show you how to make one of your own (I’m thinking of making one for Littlest Princess), but if you haven't the time or the energy to make one yourself - these can be purchased all over the place - I found this adorable one on Etsy.

Finally to finish off - I love Rapunzel's barefoot look, although if you weren't brave enough for this sandals are a good compromise. I'd set off that bold barefoot choice with a cute delicate anklet - maybe like this sunflower one from Statement Made... although to be honest, I've probably got the skills to put together an anklet myself - is that something you'd like to see in the shop?

That's all for today folks - let me know your thoughts in the comment section or via my facebook page. And don't forget you can purchase all of my products in my Etsy shop.
